Map legend
Permanent residences. Apartments and flats. The largest share of stabilized buildings in the city.
New construction that received property tax breaks in exchange for stabilization. Units are protected while the exemption is active.
Transient housing. Hotels, rooming houses, and SROs. Less common for long-term renters.
Buildings rehabbed under a city tax program. Most at risk of losing stabilization when the exemption ends.
