By accessing or using MyStabilizedNYC ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ERLINNN LLC.

2. Description of Service

MyStabilizedNYC provides an interactive map and database of rent stabilized buildings in New York City, sourced from publicly available data published by the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). The Platform is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on MyStabilizedNYC constitutes legal advice. The data displayed is sourced from public government records and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always verify your building's rent stabilization status directly with DHCR at hcr.ny.gov before making any legal or financial decisions.

4. No Government Affiliation

MyStabilizedNYC is an independent platform operated by ERLINNN LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DHCR, HPD, the City of New York, the State of New York, or any government agency.

5. User Accounts

To access full features, you must create an account and complete a one-time payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the Platform using your credentials.

6. Payment

Full access to the Platform requires a one-time payment of $4.99 (subject to change). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to our Refund Policy. Prices may change for new users after the limited time offer period ends.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or database in bulk without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's security
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, and branding are owned by ERLINNN LLC. The underlying building data is sourced from public government records and remains in the public domain. You may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary interface or code without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the data is accurate, complete, or current. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERLINNN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on data that proves to be inaccurate. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
