• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage data such as pages visited and map interactions, used only to improve the product

We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide them when contacting support.

• To create and manage your account
• To process your one-time payment
• To send transactional emails such as purchase confirmation and support replies
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate MyStabilizedNYC:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — database hosting. Data is stored on servers in the United States.
• Mapbox — map rendering. Subject to Mapbox's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
